Wayline is a new hospitality concept developed by Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) that offers multiple tenants the opportunity to engage and collaborate with one another in an amenity-rich setting. Incorporating biophilic design, the space showcases light fixtures adorned with plantings and greenery offset with a soft color palette featuring pops of color and patterns found in nature. The 8,500 SF space features a communal kitchen, event space, a game and lounge area, phone booth, and wellness area.
Wayline is reflective of COPT’s core values-to support the local community in addition to its multiple office tenants of various sizes. Welcoming and comfortable shared spaces allow both large and small tenants to collaborate, learn from one another and potentially grow and expand within the campus. The strategic placement of Wayline at the ground level and heart of the campus transforms a traditional suburban office environment into one that is reflective of contemporary co-working spaces found in more urban settings.
