BCT Design Group partnered with Federal Realty Investment Trust to lead a multi-million-dollar transformation, turning the 23-acre site into a refreshed and future-ready retail environment. Our work redefined the center’s public realm, introducing new outdoor dining areas, community gathering spaces, and enhanced streetscapes that invite people to linger, engage, and enjoy. Upgraded landscaping and thoughtful site planning contribute to a more walkable, welcoming experience throughout the 174,000-square-foot retail destination.
