BCT Design Group announced today that its Towson Outreach Center project for Prologue, Inc. has received a ULI Wavemaker Award from ULI Baltimore.

Prologue’s Homeless Outreach Program meets Baltimore County residents wherever they are—on the streets, at campsites, and in shelters. The Towson Outreach Center provides a welcoming home base for that vital work.

BCT Design Group led the project from concept through construction, creating a supportive space with showers, laundry facilities, case management offices, housing and benefits assistance, and an outdoor patio—all designed to feel like a warm welcome rather than an intake center.
