Continuing the evolution of Pike & Rose, BCT Design Group partnered with Federal Realty to reposition Pallas, a multifamily community ready to reconnect with the needs and lifestyles of today’s residents. The design strategy blends market awareness, creative adaptation, and operational sensitivity to transform dated amenities into engaging, high-performing spaces.

A comprehensive refresh of the main Lobby and adjacent Lounge establishes a renewed first impression, while the seventh-floor Club Room and Lounge have been reimagined to foster community and social connection. The conversion of a former yoga studio and solarium into a children’s play area brings new vibrancy to the sixth floor, and enhancements to outdoor courtyards and secondary amenities complete the transformation.
