Helm provides operational services to businesses that use Stripe software. Stripe is an online payment processing company for internet-based businesses and is based in San Francisco, CA. They are expanding world-wide with a new in-house customer services branch in Baltimore, Maryland, and intend to lease approximately 43,000 sf at the McHenry Row development at 1215 Fort Ave. The space is an existing 2-story building that has been used most recently as a single tenant, and the office park includes adjacent office tenants and a daycare center. Stripe provided an Office Design Guideline and an IT Infrastructure Requirements document for our use as a general guideline to develop the program, subject to variation for the new services users.
