King of Prussia Town Center is the retail component of The Village at Valley Forge, a 122-acre master plan that will feature nearly 3,000 residential units and 1 million square feet of commercial space upon completion. King of Prussia Town Center plays a vital role in the diversification of the submarket suburban Philadelphia. Unlike its surrounding retail counterparts, King of Prussia Town Center is designed as a dense main street shopping experience. King of Prussia Town Center leverages placemaking principles and varied integrated activities such as a central plaza with pop fountains and fire features. The grand pavilion and generous lawn create the perfect setting for outdoor music, movies, and flea markets. The development accurately dubbed the "town center" is a place the community gathers for holidays, special events, or any day of the week.

While King of Prussia Town Center was fortunate to have a solid merchandising mix with the local City Works Brew Pub, LA Fitness, REI Coop, and Wegman's, the center's success results from the town square.
